Maps the next-decade CMB and large-scale-structure measurements to concrete RFT predictions—Starobinsky-like n_s, r≈0.005, low-ℓ power suppression from a pre-inflationary bounce—and quantifies how experiments such as LiteBIRD and CMB-S4 can confirm or rule them at >5σ.
